The Soccernova Youth Coaching Badge (SYCB) is a unique platform for coaches and football enthusiasts to learn the art of football coaching essentials through a structured and scientific syllabus based approach. The course is conducted by Kunal Sareen, a certified coach with an advanced license from the International Confederation of Futebol De Salao (ICFDS) along with other internationally licensed coaches.
The initiative is to create qualified coaches for football development at the grass roots through the exclusive ‘Earn while you learn’ program. The three month long program allows coaches to learn while simultaneously giving them the chance to work part time and implement theoretical knowledge through practical sessions.
The program entails indoor classroom training, on field training and on the job training along with a written and practical test at the end of the program. On successful completion of the program coaches are awarded the ‘Soccernova Youth Coaching Badge’ with a guarantee of a 100% placement at Soccernova.

* Brazilian techniques
* Components of football
* Dealing with different age groups
* Sports nutrition
* Sports psychology
* Sports medicine
* Sports sociology etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Age Limit: 18 years and above
* Willingness to learn and dedication to the program is an essential to success
* Coach should be physically fit and have basic football skills
