Soccernova was a dream nurtured by Kunal Sareen which took shape in December 2002 and over the years developed into a sports education company. An internationally certified football coach and an accomplished player, Kunal wanted to share his passion for the game by imparting professional football training to the youth. What began as a small initiative in the form of ten kids and a hired pitch has now evolved into a full-fledged youth movement.
In India, Soccernova exclusively represents Brazilian Soccer Schools (BSS), the world’s largest chain of soccer schools. The tie-up is set to revolutionize the way soccer is taught, learnt and played in India. It promises quality football training to every child with a willingness to learn the game and an opportunity to receive an education in soccer through a structured program.
Our aim, as India’s premier International Soccer School, is to give young aspirants access to world-class coaching in their respective schools. |

Kunal Sareen is a certified coach with an advanced license from the International Confederation of Futebol De Salao (ICFDS).
Kunal studied at St. Vincent’s School, Pune. An ardent football fan since childhood, he received his initial football training under his P.E. teacher Mr. Kristanand Vaze, an IAS Officer.
After obtaining his Master’s degree in Business Administration, he joined his father’s retail business as Manager of Operations and Strategy. He quit his job at the age of 26 and sacrificed the stability of working in an established family business to pursue his dream of setting up India’s first grassroots football training program. That is the genesis of Soccernova..
Kunal founded Soccernova in 2002. His is a first of its kind initiative in India, a country which is yet to realize the nascent talent and potential for the game According to him, a complete football education program is required for the development of the sport in the county. |
